Contractors: The Joseph Corporation of Illinois, Inc., seeks insured contractors licensed to do work in the city of Aurora in order to create a revolving bidders list. Contractors would be asked on a rotating basis to bid on the rehabilitation of residential properties we own. Services we are seeking include carpentry, plumbing, electric, HVAC, cement, and painting.
